I can't rave about Michael enough. He was always responsive, eager to modify plans to meet our vision of our remodeled bathrooms, and did a wonderful job taking our outdated bathrooms and making them like new. His quote was much lower than the ridiculous prices charged by the main contractors that come up when you search on Yelp. Those companies charge high prices due to all the advertising and marketing staff they have while Michael runs his own business and works with the same sub contractors as the other companies. Michael also is a pleasure to work with. Seriously don't waste your time with the big contractors and go with Devlux Construction!

Mike is the best contractor I've ever worked with! And that is saying a lot! He is very patient, professional and honest! This review is long overdue since Mike renovated a living room wall for me about 10 months ago! He quoted a reasonable price and then proceeded to complete my project in the agreed upon time.. I am really happy with the results.. ! The electric work with a new fireplace and lights was up to code and done with city permits, the wall tiles were laid out perfectly .. the best part was that he did not start any potential "scope change conversations" with an updated price tag and reservations.. he listened to me talk through ideas and let me go through the process of exploring pros and cons before going back to my original request in the end anyways.. In addition to the new wall, Mike also reinforced my ceiling beams and helped me hang up a daybed safely in our formal living room.. crazy idea but so glad he was able to do this safely for me and my family... and finally I am really grateful that he stopped by a few days ago to fix a light fixture that came off .. he did it free of charge even though we offered to pay! Good man!

I had a full home remodeling with Michael last year. It included removing the wall between kitchen and living room, fully remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms, change flooring, retexturing the walls, and rewiring/repiping the entire house. I have to say I'm very happy with the results. I didn't know Michael beforehand and I was worried for the quality of the job and the total cost because I had a limited budget. Michael did a great job to deliver a quality work and under the budget that we had agreed. He managed to finish the work within the estimated time frame plus a few weeks delay caused by unexpected inspections. Overall I had a good experience working with Michael and I look forward to work with him for my future remodeling projects.

Excellent work! We had a really challenging project. After checking with multiple contractors, we were told that it was impossible to do or the quotes were so exorbitant, we gave up on it.
